In the meantime, you can request an appointment by calling our office at 843-990-4008. Leave your name and phone number and then our staff will contact you to schedule.
Payment Methods
UniPlus will accept the following payment types:
- Medicare and Medicaid, as well as most major private insurance plans.
- Patients will be responsible for the payment amount not covered by the coverage provider.
- Coming Soon – A monthly membership fee as an alternative for uninsured clients, who traditionally pay out-of-pocket for medical care.
- A traditional “fee for services” payment is required at the time of services for patients without insurance and not enrolled in the monthly membership plan.
Patients will be offered standard payment options in the office, or online recurring payments if using the monthly membership plan.
DPC Membership Program:
UniPlus Health will be offering three membership options:
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
A one-time registration fee of $35.00 will be required. (waived if annual paid in full)
